Due to the digital or virtual nature of most of our products and services, we cannot offer you a full refund or exchange.
However, if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase for any reason within 30 days, please let us know and we will work with you to find a satisfactory solution.

If we’re unable to come to a satisfactory solution you may request a store credit or make an exchange of similar value.
We require a receipt or proof of purchase. Our refund and returns policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have passed since your purchase we cannot offer you a store credit or exchange.
Several types of goods cannot be refunded or returned:
- Digital downloads (website templates, copywriting, or ebooks, graphic design)
Once your concern or request for a store credit/exchange is received and considered, we will reply to the email on file in your As I. Say Media account to notify you that we have received your request.
We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund, store credit or exchange request.
If you are approved, then your request for store credit or exchange will be processed within one week and you will be notified via email.
We only replace products or services if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, product or service send us an email at firstname.lastname@example.org.
